TSSi’s TACOPS™ Multi-Platform Medical Pouch was developed at the request of a federal agency for issue to over 2,000 of its operational staff. We call it multi-platform because of the numerous ways it can be transported. It is designed to be carried both vertically (high or low) and horizontally on a regular or duty belt; attached to a vest or other item having PALS webbing; or even clipped to the magazine pocket behind the front seat in most vehicles. It can be quickly and easily removed from whatever it is fastened to because it is connected to these various attachment platforms via hook and loop fabric. The pouch is sized to contain a variety of medical items for the treatment of life threatening injuries to include arterial bleeding and traumatic penetration of the chest cavity.
